3.4.3 JavaScript Patch

Certain users have been experiencing performance issues when browsing the KnowledegeTree 3.4.3 Web Interface. These issues are related to JavaScript compatibility and performance on certain Internet Browsers.


Our Engineering team has released a temporary patch which should resolve the majority of these issue.


Please note: The KnowledgeTree 3.4.4 Commercial Release will include this patch.


To Install the patch

1) Download the patch file: i18nJavascript.php

2) Backup the following file: 

<KnowledgeTree Directory>\knowledgeTree\presentation\i18nJavascript.php

3) Copy the patched i18nJavascript.php file over the existing version.
