Automatic Workflow Assignments

Description: Automatic Workflow Assignment links do not appear in Administration / Browse Documents sections.

Affected releases: 3.4.5

Workaround:

1) Browse to Administration » Miscellaneous » Manage Plugins

2) Click on Reread Plugins

3) Browse to Administration » Document Metadata and Workflow Configuration » Automatic Workflow Assignments

4) Select Automatic Workflow Association Type

  • If you selected association by Document Type, the Workflow Allocation by Document Types link should appear under Administration » Document Metadata and Workflow Configuration.
  • If you selected association by Folder, a new Workflow link will appear in the Folder Actions menu under Browse Documents.
