Bulk download or checkout creates multiple copies of files

Description

In certain environments, an issue with the bulk download action causes the generation of multiple copies of the same file in the resulting zip file.

How to resolve this issue

To work-around this issue until a patch is released, perform the following steps:

1. In the web interface, navigate to:
DMS Administration > System Configuration > General Settings > Export

2. Configure "Use External Zip Binary" from False to True

3. Click on Save Config Settings
