Description

In certain environments, an issue with the trailing "/" causes a connection error when attempting to test a connection to a KnowledgeTreeLive account:
Connection Rejected: Could not retrieve a valid KnowledgeTree username for this connection. xmlUser was null.">

How to resolve this issue

To resolve this issue, remove the trailing "/" from the KnowledgeTree Server address

Example:
Instead of entering: https://myaccount.knowledgetreelive.com/
Enter: https://myaccount.knowledgetreelive.com
