Exception Error: PROPFIND No results found

Description

In certain environments, an issue with the root folder being renamed results in the following exception error:
<ErrorReport Project="BaobabClient"> <UserReport Short="Could not retrieve folder contents. This may be a temporary error, please try again.">A description of the defect and steps to reproduce.</UserReport> <ExceptionReport>PROPFIND No results found</ExceptionReport> </ErrorReport>

Affected Installations

KnowledgeTree Tools 3.6.1 and previous

How to resolve this issue

To resolve this issue, check whether the root folder has been renamed:

1. Login to the KnowledgeTree web interface and navigate to "Browse Documents"

2. Click "Rename" under "Actions on this folder"

If the name is not currently, "Root Folder" (capital "R", capital "F" and a space between "Root" and "Folder"), rename it to this.
