Can KnowledgeTreeLive be branded with personalised company logos?

  • Although this capability is not currently available, it is on our roadmap and should be available within several months.


What backup and disaster recovery plans are provided?

  • The data from your KnowledgeTreeLive instance is stored using Amazon Elastic Block Store (EBS). KnowledgeTree takes daily snapshots of your working data and keeps a rolling 7 days worth of these snapshots. We also keep a rolling weekly snapshot for a minimum of 4 weeks. This ensures you have a 4-week history of backups.


Does KnowledgeTreeLive provide SSL encryption?

  • Yes, we recognize the importance of secured communications and employ SSL for all data transmissions.


Where are hosting sites located?

  • Amazon EC2 has redundant data centers across the U.S.


How can we check remaining storage space?

  • Currently, there is no way for you to check how much space has been used, however, we do send a notification when you are down to 50% storage space remaining. Thereafter, you should receive a notification for every 10% interval.
