Incorrect email notification sent when deleting a document

Description

We have found that the email notification that is sent after deleting a document in KnowledgTree 3.6.1 is incorrect. An incorrect user is erroneously given as the user that deleted the document.

How to resolve this issue

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps to apply the patch provided:

1. Download the patch at the following link: http://kt-download.s3.amazonaws.com/customer-files/alerts.zip

2. Backup and replace the following files with the versions in the patch archive: 

<KnowledgeTree Directory>\knowledgeTree\plugins\alerts\alerts.php

3. Open KnowledgeTree and clear your browser cache (CTRL+F5)
