Description

KnowledgeTree Instant View search does not find content in non-indexible PDFs. This issue occurs because the text in the source documents is in image format and cannot be accessed by the Instant View search.

Affected Installations

• KnowledgeTree Commercial Edition 3.7
• KnowledgeTree Community Edition 3.7

How to resolve this issue

Only indexible PDFs will be searchable.
