Description

Uninstalling KnowledgeTree 3.7 on Windows 2003 and 2008 does not remove the KnowledgeTree virtual Directory in IIS 6 and 7.

Affected Installations

• KnowledgeTree Commercial Edition 3.7 on Windows Server 2003 and 2008
• KnowledgeTree Community Edition 3.7 on Windows Server 2003 and 2008

How to resolve this issue

To resolve this issue, manually remove the KnowledgeTree virtual directory from your IIS configuration panel.
