The support options available to you depends on which KnowledgeTree products you have installed and whether you have a commercial agreement with KnowledgeTree or one of its partners.

Commercial support

Commercial support is available for KnowledgeTree for installation, administration and general system usage, and KnowledgeTree Partners may be available in your area to help you with change management, structuring of your taxonomy (and explaining what that is and why it is important) and a number of technical and non-technical issues.

Forums

The KnowledgeTree Community Forums provide a place for users of KnowledgeTree to assist each other with problems they may be experiencing. Contributors to KnowledgeTree often watch these forums to provide assistance.
