Resolved Permissions for users displays incorrectly

Description

We have found that when viewing permissions via the Resolved Permissions for User" page, all users are shown as having all permissions (i.e. all checkboxes are shown as green for all users and all security columns).

How to resolve this issue

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps to apply the patch provided:

1. Download the patch at the following link: http://kt-download.s3.amazonaws.com/customer-files/permissionutil.inc.zip

2. Backup and replace the following files with the versions in the patch archive:

<KnowledgeTree Directory>\knowledgeTree\lib\permissions\permissionutil.inc.php

3. Open KnowledgeTree and clear your browser cache (CTRL+F5)
