Is there an Equivelent variation of this tip with regards to KT 3.5.2x running on a Windows system?

There is no ldap.conf file within the KTDMS install directory (stack installer). dmsctl.sh is in the "linux examples" directory, but obviously not of use on Win. There is a dmsctl.bat in the /bin, but it seems to only deal with installation of services.

Community Edition (Linux)

Here to dmsctl.sh is in the "linux examples" directory. So how do we go about making LDAP work over SSL and TLS?
