Description

After an upgrade from KnowledgeTree version 3.6.1 to 3.7 on Windows, Document Thumbnails may not appear. This issue occurs as a result of a path conflict caused by the presence of the old KnowledgeTree 3.6.1 Stack.

Affected Installations

• KnowledgeTree 3.7 on Windows (Upgrades only)

How to resolve this issue

To resolve this issue, uninstall the old KnowledgeTree 3.6.1 Stack:
